How to Prepare Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic That Quickly Destroys Cold and Flu Bugs

The symptoms of cold and flu are very similar, typically including sneezing, coughing, and muscle pain. The difference between cold and flu is mainly in their duration, the first making you feel bad for a few days while the latter may last up to a week and more.  Runny nose, cough, and congestion are the major symptoms of cold, while flu is typically manifested by sore throat, fever, headache, muscle aches and soreness, congestion, and cough.
